I NEED HELP

Okay, so I just got a Turcom 6580 tablet.
Only problem is, it doesn't fucking work.
It works as a mouse just fine, but I can't draw anything.
If I open up Sai, the mouse doesn't move AT ALL, and the two times it actually worked, the pressure sensitivity didn't work at all.
Then I tried it on Gimp, and that didn't work either. It was responsive, but the pressure still didn't work.
Then I tried plugging in my near-dead tablet to try and calm down, and the pressure sensitivity with THAT tablet didn't work, either.
The fucking instructions are for Apple Computers, and I have a windows 8.1 computer.
Someone, please just help me out.

Right when I had a little bit of money, I was finally going to upgrade to a premium membership after FIVE YEARS.
And then DA comes out without our vote and without telling us, and then fucking doubles the prices.

So I'm going to go ahead and take down my pony bases.
Why, you may ask.
It's because all I'm known for is my collection of mediocre bases. Plus, I think you should just draw the pony yourself to develop a better art style. I'm not only doing this for me, but for you.
I'm sorry I haven't been on in forever- life has taken me by the horns.
To be honest, I've grown tired of deviantART, as the only people on here are professionals and "scenie-weenies". Not my forte.
So... yeah.
